Maggie has a rich background in raising and showing both horses and dogs. As a decorated equestrian, she showed on the AQHA circuit for many years in her youth. At Bazurto Kennels, Maggie has been deeply involved in breeding and raising Labrador puppies. She has shown not only our puppies but also other breeders’ dogs in the show ring.

In addition to her work with Labradors, Maggie has been involved with several rescue groups, finding placements for less fortunate animals. She helps out at numerous Labrador Specialties and enjoys assisting newcomers to the breed. You can often see Maggie at shows with her family Labrador, Nellie, and her little Yorkie, Ruger.

Patrick is a true jack-of-all-trades here at Bazurto Kennels. He ensures all our dogs are happy and healthy, fueled by his huge love of animals. Patrick is always accompanied by his constant companion, Rey Skywalker.

A big history buff, Patrick seems to have an answer for just about any question. He also helps out during dog shows, managing setups and décor. Patrick enjoys meeting new puppy owners and watching our puppies embark on new adventures with their families.

Kyara Bazurto is the youngest member of the Bazurto Kennels team. She ensures our puppies are well-socialized and eating properly at weaning. Kyara has shown Pee Wee handling with her former dog, Rosie, and is excited for new adventures with her dog, Bazurto’s Faye Webster.

When she’s not busy with schoolwork, Kyara can be found outside playing with the dogs and her horse, Spirit. An avid animal lover, Kyara has extensive knowledge in raising puppies and is a vital part of our team.
